Step 3: We will invite you in to go through the contract when it is completed so you know what is going on before it happens.

The price for Conveyancing Work including initial contract preparation and searches, discharge of your mortgage or charge and GST is $2,495.00 payable on settlement, less the upfront fee of $495.00 payable on this application.
