Your Real Estate Agent needs a completed sales contract before they can market your property.  To order your Contract NOW

Step 1: If you wish us to prepare a sales contract for your property, you can fill out the following application form and send it to us with your online payment or call our office during working hours to order over the phone on 4388 6331.

Step 2: We will forward your draft contract to your Real Estate Agent the next business day, order the additional searches and fax them to your Real Estate Agent as soon as they are received so your agent can commence marketing the property.

Step 3: We will invite you in to go through the contract when it is completed so you know what is going on before it happens. 

For Issue of NSW Contract for sale and complete Conveyancing

The price for Conveyancing Work including initial contract preparation and searches, discharge of your mortgage and GST is $1,495.00 payable on settlement, less the upfront fee of $495.00 payable on this application.
