Order Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship NOW

Step 1: To order your Will, Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardianship NOW just fill in the order form (see below) and send it to us with your online payment or call our office during working hours to order over the phone on 4388 6331.

Step 2: We will draw up your documents the next working day and book an appointment to come in to discuss and sign your documents.

Step 3: When they are complete we will provide you with certified copies and store the original in our safe.

For Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship

The more people you can appoint who you trust to take care of your affairs, the longer the document will effectively last as you and they grow older.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney appoints people you can trust to take care of your financial affairs if you are unable because you are incapacitated or unavailable.  If you wish to allow your Attorney to Buy or Sell Real Estate the Power of Attorney must be Registered with the Department of Lands (Land Titles).

Enduring Guardianship

An enduring guardianship appoints people you can trust to take care of your medical affairs and lifestyle choices such as where you live or services you receive if you are unable to because you are incapacitated.

Will

A Will appoints people you can trust to take care of your assets when you die and transfer them to your beneficiaries when they are old enough. Your executors can be the beneficiaries and that is often best because they will have an interest in finalising the estate as soon as possible.

The age of maturity is when the beneficiary can receive their benefit in their own name.  In most cases you can give your Executor the power to give them money before that age but the child can’t demand their money until they reach the age you select.
