At Burrell Lawyers we have taken the guesswork out of Legal Costs, we have asked around, added up the extras including GST and given you a flat (Middle of the road) price that you can be sure of. The following prices are quoted up front include GST and will not change unless you require us to do any extra work.

Sale of Real Estate - $1,495.00
Purchase of Real Estate - $1,695.00
Conveyancing prices include government searches and GST, but exclude additional reports such as Pest, Building, Survey or Building certificate. Premium properties ($3mil+) incur an additional fee of $495.00 per million to cover the additional risk and insurance needs.
Mortgage Refinance - $595.00
Business
Sale or Purchase of Business - $2,495.00
Retail or Commercial Lease - $1,495.00

Employment Contract
(with 12 month licence to reuse )- $1,495.00 for one class of employee and
$495.00 for each additional class of employee

Administration of Estate $1,495.00 plus Supreme Court Scale with GST
